If I recall correctly, I believe Tao first appeared in WildC.A.T.S Volume 1 #17, not 21. I think issue 21 was just when he joined the team under Moore's run.
I rechecked issue #17, but didn't see him. I could have missed him, so feel free to edit if I'm wrong. Dizzy D 19:12, 2 March 2006 (UTC)

- I found 2 sites on a quick google search that say Tao's first appearance is #17 however I no longer have any issues between #10-20 of wildcats (lost in move) so I can't check. Since I can't look it up first hand I dont want to make the change, so i'll leave it up to you or someone who can double check. here's my sources:
