Hathor is a fictional character on the science fiction television show Stargate SG-1, related to Hathor of Egyptian mythology.

Ra's bride, she was imprisoned in a sarcophagus in South America. After her sarcophagus was discovered by a couple of archaeologists, she appeared at Cheyenne Mountain and tried to take over the Stargate Command briefly due to her power over men.

Hathor was a Goa'uld Queen, so she managed to disable all the men in the Stargate Command. She raped Daniel Jackson and produced Goa'uld larvae from his sperm. She made Jack O'Neill her first Jaffa, but was ultimately stopped by the women of the Stargate Command and by Teal'c, who, as a Jaffa, was not influenced by her powers. However, she managed to escape through the Stargate ("Hathor").

Later on, in "Out of Mind" and "Into the Fire", she captured all the members of SG-1 except Teal'c, in an attempt to acquire information to help her attack the system lords. She created a mock-up of the SGC and made SG-1 believe that they had been frozen in stasis and that each one was the only survivor. When SG-1 found out about her trick, she put a Goa'uld symbiote into Jack O'Neill to attempt to extract his knowledge. A Tok'ra spy in Hathor's midst put O'Neill into stasis to prevent the Goa'uld from taking control.

General Hammond and Teal'c journeyed to Chulak to gain an army to free SG-1 from Hathor's control thanks to intel from the Tok'ra. After defeating the Goa'uld symbiote inside him, O'Neill killed Hathor by throwing her into what appears to be a vat of liquid nitrogen. Her small army was then defeated by a small army of Jaffa and Teal'c flying a variant death glider designed to fit through a Stargate.
