Tandem Aero is an airline based in Moldova. It operates passenger charters using leased aircraft. It was established in 1997.

Tandem Aero operates international scheduled flights to Kiev and Tel Aviv (at January 2005). The flight to Tel Aviv is operated with a Airbus A-320 of Air Moldova. The flights to Kiev were operated with Antonov An-24 until March 2006. Due to air traffic disputes between Moldova and Ukraine the service was halted. After a long period without flights, Tandem Aero flew again to Kiev on 31.08.2006 with an Air Moldova Embraer 120.

El Al has its code-share flight number on the flight to Tel Aviv, Aerosvit on the flights to Kiev.
