Something doesn't seem to be right in the description of tangs. The article has a picture of a blue tang and says they don't live in the atlantic, but 30 seconds in google searching for Blue Tang Habitat comes up with a lot claiming they live in the Caribbean.

Different species have different ranges. This article is kind of a mess overall actually. Stan 20:51, 28 Jul 2004 (UTC)


We should merge this page with the surgeonfish, as, after all, tangs and surgeonfish are the same type of fish.--Mr Fink 15:57, 19 April 2006 (UTC)

I agree with Mr Fink, definitely. This Tang article seems to concentrate on Zebrasoma, but Tang is not a description restricted to that genus.
