Tampa Cargo (acronym of Transportes Aéreos Mercantiles Panamericanos) is a cargo airline based at José María Córdova International Airport in Medellín, Colombia. It is a specialized all-cargo airline transporting flowers from Latin America to Miami, as well as general cargo throughout the Americas. It has hubs at El Dorado International Airport (BOG), Bogotá, José María Córdova International Airport (MDE), Medellín, Ernesto Cortissoz International Airport (BAQ), Barranquilla and Miami International Airport (MIA).

The airline was established by Luís and Jorge Coulson along with Orlando Botero Escobar and started operations on 11 March 1973. Martinair of the Netherlands acquired a 50% stake in Tampa Cargo in 1996.

- Domestic scheduled destinations: Bogotá, Medellín, Barranquilla, Cali
- International scheduled destinations: México City, Miami, Paramaribo, Rangely, San Juan, Lima, Quito, Caracas, Los Angeles, Santiago de Chile, Viracopos and Manaus.
