Tamara Andreevna Tyshkevich (Russian: Тамара Андреевна Тышкевич) (Mar 31, 1931 - Dec 27, 1997) was an athlete who competed mainly in the shot put. She trained in Leningrad at Zenit and represented the Soviet Union.

She competed for Soviet Union in the 1956 Summer Olympics held in Melbourne, Australia where she won the Gold medal.
