Tamaki (玉城町; -cho) is a town located in Watarai District, Mie, Japan.

As of 2003, the town has an estimated population of 14,713 and a density of 359.29 persons per km². The total area is 40.95 km².

Tamaki cho covers a large area resplendent in Spring with the beautiful cherry blossoms as well as verdant rice fields, persimmon trees, nurseries and vegetable fields growing daikon, cabbage and more. There are many forests which have been designated as wildlife protection areas.

Tamaki is also known for its castle, now in ruins, there is a train station in the town on the JR Rapid Mie line. The castle was important as a base from which to control the surrounding area (including access to the Grand Shrines in Ise city). Now however there is a junior high school and a small park there.
