[edit] Welcome to Wikipedia!

Hello Takamaxa, welcome to Wikipedia!

I noticed nobody had said hi yet... Hi!

If you feel a change is needed, feel free to make it yourself! Wikipedia is a wiki, so anyone (yourself included) can edit any article by following the Edit this page link. Wikipedia convention is to be bold and not be afraid of making mistakes. If you're not sure how editing works, have a look at How to edit a page, or try out the Sandbox to test your editing skills.

If, for some reason, you are unable to fix a problem yourself, feel free to ask someone else to do it. Wikipedia has a vibrant community of contributors who have a wide range of skills and specialties, and many of them would be glad to help. As well as the wiki community pages there are IRC Channels, where you are more than welcome to ask for assistance.

If you have any questions, feel free to ask me on my talk page. Thanks and happy editing,

Do leave your name at the notice board, and thanks again for making Wikipedia your online abode! ;)

And yes, your photographs are good, it'd be great if you upload them in Wikipedia Commons in future, so they can be better utilised? I'll do the transwiki, organisation and classification of the existing photographs for you, and I hope you won't mind about it.

[edit] Please do not remove warnings from your talk page

Please do not remove legitimate warnings from your talk page or replace them with offensive content. Removing or maliciously altering warnings from your talk page will not remove them from the page history. You're welcome to archive your talk page, but be sure to provide a link to any deleted legitimate comments. If you continue to remove or vandalize legitimate warnings from your talk page, you will lose your privilege of editing your talk page. Thanks. Mr Stephen 18:13, 20 August 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Mr Stephen

I consider those warnings and resolution to that incident closed. I should have the ability to clean up my talk page. I am not even thinking of eradicating history. The thing is, this is my talk page, it is a privelege to learn from you and others and educate others. It is not something for you to dictate and tell people what should be on or not on it.

I neither desire nor intend to dicatate to anyone about what they put on their talk page. Let me explain to you why I put the {{wr0}} 'boilerplate' message (an 'assume good faith' level message) on your talk page. The object of this discussion is the {{nothanks-sd}} warning (see WP:UTM) that I placed on your talk page, and you later removed. If you go to WP:VAND and scroll down to "Talk page vandalism", you will see "Furthermore, removing legitimate comments without responding may be considered uncivil or become an issue for arbitration, especially where the intention of the removal is to conceal information (e.g. previous warnings) or mislead other editors." The policy/guidelines on this matter seem to keep changing, but I considered that your edit was intended to remove the warning, and gave you a gentle nudge, no more, at WP:AGF level with a standard piece of text. There is a debate/poll about this very matter at Wikipedia:Removing warnings poll; I am sure your contributions will be welcomed. Regards, Mr Stephen 15:55, 23 August 2006 (UTC)
