Takehiko Ito (伊東 岳彦 Itō Takehiko) is the creator of Outlaw Star, and the artist of the manga of the same name.

Ito is currently affiliated with Morning Star Studio. Ito made an appearance at an anime convention in the US in 2003 at AnimeNEXT in New York.
