Taka District, Hyogo

Taka (多可郡; -gun) is a district located in Hyogo, Japan.

As of 2003, the district has an estimated population of 33,093 and a density of 150.09 persons per km². The total area is 220.49 km².

• On October 1, 2005 the town of Kurodasho merged into the city of Nishiwaki.

• On November 1, 2005 the towns of Kami, Naka and Yachiyo merged to form the new town of Taka.
