大阪市中央区道修町4丁目の武田御堂筋ビル。武田薬品工業本社がある。1991年11月竣工。設計は日建設計。施工は大林組、竹中工務店からなる共同企業体。建築主は大和不動産（武田薬品の子会社）。第13回大阪まちなみ賞（1993年度）奨励賞を受賞。Adobe Photoshop CSで遠近法を調整した。
