My name is Taj Matthews. I am a student and black historian. I live in Jacksonville, Florida. My wife is Cheryl L. Cook-Matthews and we have two children daughter, De'Asia and son, Taj Omari. I have been contributing to articles pertaining to African American history throughout the country. I am currently working on a project to save the historic papers of Rev.Claude Black of San Antonio, Texas.

I am going to start a list on the Rahman Johnson talk page of facts about him that I can verify, with links, so that the article can be rewritten. I would be happy to have you help out, and I will also tell Rahman himself, so that he can help if he wishes. (Well, I will notify User:Rahmanj, but it is pretty obvious that is Rahman himself.)
