This article is about the town in Fukushima Prefecture, Japan. There was an old province of Japan with the same name, see Tajima Province.
Tajima (田島町; -machi) is a town located in Minamiaizu District, Fukushima, Japan. It is the largest town in the Minamiaizu district and in the summer holds the locally famous Gion Festival, not to be confused with the Tobata Gion Festival in Kyushu.
As of 2003, the town has an estimated population of 13,142 and a density of 37.51 persons per km². The total area is 350.34 km².
