Taio is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Trento in the Italian region Trentino-South Tyrol, located about 30 km north of Trento. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 2,694 and an area of 11.3 km2.[1]
Taio borders the following municipalities: Sanzeno, Coredo, Tassullo, Tres, Nanno, Vervò, Denno, and Ton.
