Taft Avenue MRT Station is a station on the Manila MRT Blue Line (MRT-3). Like all other MRT stations, Taft Avenue is station is above-ground, although it is the only station that is at grade, lying directly on flat ground. The station is located at the corner of Epifanio de los Santos Avenue, or EDSA, one of Metro Manila's main thouroughfares, and Taft Avenue. The station is named after Taft Avenue, which is named after former U.S. President William Howard Taft where he became governor of the Philippine Territory.

The station is the southern terminus of the MRT, and as such is the first and last station for trains headed to and from North Avenue. Its location has already put it near many hotels and motels, with a good majority just a short distance from the station. It is near the Metropoint Mall, which is popular with commuters, and the Winston Lodge, one of the many motels found on EDSA.

Taft Avenue Station is served by plenty of buses, jeepneys and taxis on both the EDSA and Taft Avenue routes, which have stops near the station. Some bus lines, such as Victory Liner, have bus terminals near the station.

The station is also the transit point for commuters riding the Manila Light Rail Transit System's Yellow Line, or LRT-1, being connected by a walkway embracing the Metropoint mall.
