Tabuk is a 1st class municipality in the province of Kalinga, Philippines. It is the capital municipality of Kalinga. According to the 2000 census, it has a population of 78,633 people in 13,985 households.

The population of Tabuk is a combination of different cultures. The town engages in commerce and trade. The town is a center of economic activity for the far-flung areas of Kalinga. Merchants from Pangasinan and other nearby provinces come to the town center to trade mostly for rice which is the major product of Kalinga.
