T. J. Mathews

Timothy Jay Mathews (born January 9, 1970 in Belleville, Illinois), is a professional baseball player who pitched in the Major Leagues primarily in relief from 1995-2002. From 2003-2006, Mathews pitched for the independent Bridgeport Bluefish and had stints with the Los Angeles Angels and Houston Astros Triple-A clubs. In 2006, he was signed by the Pawtucket Red Sox
