Terrance Casey Brennan (born August 11, 1948) is the author of numerous comic book stories, published in the 1970s Warren anthologies Creepy, Eerie and Vampirella, and various others, including the DC Comics title House of Mystery and the Archie Comics title, Red Circle Sorcery.

In the 1980s, Brennan campaigned to have depictions of smoking in comics banned, which led then-Gov. Bill Clinton of Arkansas to issue a proclamation designating January 1990 as "T. Casey Brennan Month".

In his prose work since 1996, Brennan claims to have shot John F. Kennedy while a victim of the CIA's MK-ULTRA program.

He lives in Ann Arbor, Michigan.
