I, (Onomatopoeia 16:04, 5 December 2006 (UTC)), am aware that this image of Wilt Chamberlain is copyrighted. However, I feel it falls under the fair use clause for following reasons:

It depicts one of the greatest NBA players of all time, Wilt Chamberlain. It is used purely for informational reasons in his Wikipedia article.
It was released by CNN in above URL in order to promote their product.
It is too low-resolution for use in infringement of copyrights.
The image in no way infringes any possibilities of CNN, the NBA et al to promote their products.
The Wilt Chamberlain Wikipedia article DOES contain a free image already, but it does not include a picture of the 100-point game, seen as one of the greatest games ever played. An image of this event would greatly enhance the Wikipedia article. [1] Moreover, the image of Wilt holding the paper with a scribbled "100" is one of the most famous image of one of the most famous NBA players of all time.
Wilt is dead; possibilities of creating new free images by meeting him are nil.
