The Tōhoku Expressway (東北自動車道 Tōhoku Jidōsha-dō?) is a divided highway in Japan. This runs along the island of Honshū from Saitama Prefecture to Aomori Prefecture. This highway was so named because it serves the Tohoku Region.

This road starts in the city of Kawaguchi in Saitama, passes through Gunma Prefecture, Tochigi Prefecture, Fukushima Prefecture, Miyagi Prefecture, Iwate Prefecture, and Akita Prefecture before entering Aomori Prefecture. The end of the line is in the city of Aomori.

The total distance of the Tōhoku Expressway is 680 km, making it the longest single highway in Japan.
