[edit] Name

Did the line change its name officially to Tojo-honsen? The Tobu Tojo-sen name seems to be what most maps (at least those from several years ago) use. --Polaron | Talk 05:13, 1 September 2006 (UTC)

As far as I know, Tobu Tojo Hon-sen has always been the official name of the line, meaning that it is the main Tojo line, the other one being Ogose-sen. The Japanese wiki also puts the article at Tobu Tojo Hon-sen, and has a remark that says it's usually called "Tobu Tojo-sen".  freshofftheufoΓΛĿЌ  05:33, 1 September 2006 (UTC)
OK. I was actually curious why this and the Tobu Koizumi Line do not have "Tobu" in their article names. All the other private railway lines do including other Tobu rail lines. Is this just an oversight or is there some naming rule that I'm not aware of? --Polaron | Talk 05:37, 1 September 2006 (UTC)
Hmmm, now that I look at it, it does seem to be an oversight. There should be articles at Tobu Tojo Main Line and Tobu Ogose Line and I guess Tobu Koizumi Line? though I hadn't known such a line exists. Furthermore, Tobu Tojo Line and Tojo Line, Ogose Line, and Koizumi Line should redirect to their respective articles, which I think they do, as well as all the other normalities. I'll do the moving now. Thanks for pointing it out.  freshofftheufoΓΛĿЌ  11:18, 1 September 2006 (UTC)
