Télévision Par Satellite (TPS) is a French company that offers subscription television packages via satellite.

TPS offers various channels including some of their own original services, including TPS Star(flagship channel), TPS Foot (exclusive football channel) and Multivision, a 7-channel premium PPV service. It was recently announced that TPS will merge with Canal+.
