Systems Planning and Analysis is a defense contractor headquartered in Alexandria, Virginia. It was founded and remains headed by its president Phillip E. Lantz. Though it serves a number of governmental agencies the company is specialized in Naval consulting. In 2005 it was an honorable mention for "Great Places to Work" by Washingtonian (magazine) magazine.[1]
