Sword of the Berserk: Guts Rage original soundtrack (ベルセルク 千年帝国の鷹篇 喪失花の章 Original Game Soundtrack) is a soundtrack for the first Berserk video game: Sword of the Berserk, a game based off of the popular manga series Berserk. The soundtrack was a Japan-only release.
Susumu Hirasawa, who did most of the music for the Berserk anime, composed much of the game's soundtrack. He also performs the Forces II opening theme as well as the ending theme Indra.

- The video game soundtrack CD's inlay art uses the seventh comic book's cover.
- As the OST CD was released in Japan the 15th of December, a year 2000 Berserk calendar and collector stickers were included in the first-pressing limited edition.
- The game is known in Japan as Berserk Millennium Falcon Arc: Chapter of the Flower of Oblivion hence the mandragora (mandrake) flower on the soundtrack cover.
- Forces is the opening theme for the TV series. This track is available in the anime's original soundtrack CD.
