Swoop G

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Swoop G (real name James Parker) is an American rapper from Long Beach, California, formerly signed to Death Row Records. He spent a lot of time on the label, yet, like so many Death Row artists before him, failed to release an album on the label. However, he did release the album, "Undisputed", on Handle Bar Records in 1997. One song he did appear on, however was the minor hit "Head Doctor", alongside Snoop Doggy Dogg while he was still on the label. He also made minor appearances on Murder Was The Case soundtrack and The Chronic 2000. He has had some beef with former Death Row artists Snoop Dogg, Daz, and Kurupt while being on the label with them.

He also released the album "World Don't Take Me Personally" in 1998 on the rap label Wrap.
