Sweet Thing

"Sweet Thing" is a song written by David Bowie for the album Diamond Dogs in 1974. Its intense lyrics focus on sadomasochistic homosexual realtionships. The song is split in two with "Candidate" in the middle.

It is also the title of a song by the Irish singer/songwriter Van Morrison as featured on his Astral Weeks album.
