Sweet F.A. is the sixth album by the British band Love and Rockets, released in 1996 on American Recordings.
Sweet F.A. exchanged Hot Trip to Heaven's electronic sound for a much harder rock sound. The band returned to a slightly more psychedelic sound, but focused on a loud guitar sound. During the process of making the album, the studio that the band was recording at burned down, which is where the burned and broken guitar on the back cover of the album comes from. Also the title of the album (Sweet F.A.) F.A. was the Fender Audiocaster that was lost in the fire and is pictured. It is also stands for "f*** all," slang for "nothing" which is used in the lyrics to the song "Sweet F.A." "Natacha" was written for Natacha Atlas, a friend of the band.
