Swatis under the great leadership of Mohammad Ghori conqured Swat (new name). Majority of Swatis were from Khiljis and Bhattnis, they came from the areas around Gabar Mountain, Laghman, Markhanai, Khazani, Sher Khan Khel.

This article is in a very bad condition. Someone should spellcheck it, put in some more links, repair the references and remove some POV parts in the text... I don't know much about the Swati, so I can't help much... — N-true 19:07, 14 August 2006 (UTC)
