Swansea Central Police Station is a 21st century designed building located on the former Swansea Fire Station site near J.T.Morgan department store, Swansea. Prior to the re-location and re-development of the city centre police station in Swansea, the building (which is a listed building by law) is no longer used as a police station but is being re-developed as student accommodation, an art gallery and a conference studio. It was acquired by housing association Gwalia Housing Group in 2003.
