Svyatoslav Vakarchuk (born May 14, 1975) is the vocalist of Okean Elzy, the most successful post-Soviet rock band in Ukraine and arguably in the entire CIS. He is one of the most successful musicians in Ukraine. Has a degree in theoretical physics.
