[edit] Image Tagging Image:PapaGiovanniPaoloI.jpg
Thanks for uploading Image:PapaGiovanniPaoloI.jpg. I notice the image page currently doesn't specify who created the image, so the copyright status is therefore unclear. If you have not created the image yourself then you need to argue that we have the right to use the image on Wikipedia (see copyright tagging below). If you have not created the image yourself then you should also specify where you found it, i.e., in most cases link to the website where you got it, and the terms of use for content from that page.
If the image also doesn't have a copyright tag then you must also add one. If you created/took the picture then you can use {{GFDL}} to release it under the GFDL. If you can claim fair use use {{fairusein|article name}} or {{fairuse}}. See Wikipedia:Image copyright tags for the full list of copyright tags that you can use.
If you have uploaded other images, please check that you have specified their source and copyright tagged them, too. You can find a list of image pages you have edited by going to "Your contributions" from your user page and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that any unsourced and untagged images will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. Thanks so much. --Pak21 10:24, 30 November 2005 (UTC)
[edit] Your RFA
I see that you tried to create a RFA but it was badly malformed and it needed to be removed. I'm going to give you advise, better off to nominate yourself later like in a couple of months, but not now as you have less than 500 edits and very few edit summarries and it's probaly going to be rejected. Thanks --Jaranda wat's sup 04:07, 2 January 2006 (UTC)
But if you really think you can make it follow the instuctions of Wikipedia:Requests for adminship/nominate. Thanks —the preceding unsigned comment is by Aranda56 (talk • contribs)
- I would second Aranda56's comments. Your adminship request is not likely to pass at this time. It is good if you spend more time around here. Oleg Alexandrov (talk) 04:24, 2 January 2006 (UTC)
- I would echo what Aranda and Oleg said. The current RfA too is very unlikely to get through because you have less than 250 edits. It may be better if you withdraw now and try after a couple of months and some 1500 edits. Tintin Talk 00:01, 14 January 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Arbcom candidate userbox
Greetings. I've made a new userbox for arbcom candidates to show on their userpages so that visiters will know they're running.

If you'd like to place it on your userpage, feel free. Regards, – Quadell (talk) (bounties) 02:30, 11 January 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Image Tagging Image:Luciani.jpg
|
Thanks for uploading Image:Luciani.jpg.
If you believe the image qualifies as fair use, please read fair use, and then use a tag such as {{fairusein|article name}} or one of the other tags listed at Wikipedia:Image copyright tags#Fair_use. See Wikipedia:Image copyright tags for the full list of copyright tags that you can use.
If you have uploaded other images, please check that you have specified their source and copyright tagged them, too. You can find a list of image pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that any unsourced and untagged images will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. [edit] Image Tagging Image:PopeJohnPaulI.JPG
|
Thanks for uploading Image:PopeJohnPaulI.JPG. I notice the 'image' page currently doesn't specify who created the content, so the copyright status is unclear. If you have not created this media yourself then there needs to be an argument why we have the right to use the media on Wikipedia (see copyright tagging below). If you have not created the media yourself then it needs to be specified where it was found, i.e., in most cases link to the website where it was taken from, and the terms of use for content from that page.
If the media also doesn't have a copyright tag then one should be added. If you created/took the picture, audio, or video then the {{GFDL-self}} tag can be used to release it under the GFDL. If you believe the media qualifies as fair use, consider reading fair use, and then use a tag such as {{fairusein|article name}} or one of the other tags listed at Wikipedia:Image copyright tags#Fair_use. See Wikipedia:Image copyright tags for the full list of copyright tags that you can use.
If you have uploaded other media, consider checking that you have specified their source and copyright tagged them, too. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that any unsourced and untagged images will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. Stan 13:34, 25 March 2006 (UTC)
[edit] George Lincoln Rockwell
Similar issues on the picture of George Lincoln Rockwell. What is the basis for claiming this to be public domain? Please drop by Wikipedia:Copyright_problems/Poster_claims_permission#March_2006 if you can explain. - Jmabel | Talk 00:39, 29 March 2006 (UTC)

[edit] JPII map
Nice job on Image:JPIITravelsMap.PNG. I thought I would make a few adjustments just because of some of the comments on the page - changed some of the colors to make it look like more of a spectrum and added a key so that it can be understood more easily. --Astrokey44 06:36, 5 June 2006 (UTC)

It tries to recommend only articles that other Wikipedians have marked as needing work. Your contributions make Wikipedia better -- thanks for helping.
If you have feedback on how to make SuggestBot better, please tell me on SuggestBot's talk page. Thanks from ForteTuba, SuggestBot's caretaker.
P.S. You received these suggestions because your name was listed on the SuggestBot request page. If this was in error, sorry about the confusion. -- SuggestBot 20:54, 10 July 2006 (UTC)
[edit] License tagging for Image:BenedictXIIICOA.jpg
Thanks for uploading Image:BenedictXIIICOA.jpg. Wikipedia gets thousands of images uploaded every day, and in order to verify that the images can be legally used on Wikipedia, the source and copyright status must be indicated. Images need to have an image tag applied to the image description page indicating the copyright status of the image. This uniform and easy-to-understand method of indicating the license status allows potential re-users of the images to know what they are allowed to do with the images.
For more information on using images, see the following pages:
This is an automated notice by OrphanBot. If you need help on selecting a tag to use, or in adding the tag to the image description, feel free to post a message at Wikipedia:Media copyright questions. 00:05, 31 August 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Image tagging for Image:Wadowiceflag.gif
Thanks for uploading Image:Wadowiceflag.gif. The image has been identified as not specifying the source and creator of the image, which is required by Wikipedia's policy on images. If you don't indicate the source and creator of the image on the image's description page, it may be deleted some time in the next seven days. If you have uploaded other images, please verify that you have provided source information for them as well.

[edit] Email and unblocking
Hiya. You don't have an email address specified, so I have to return reply here instead of by email.
If you'd like your IP unblocked, please email either the autoblock number (like #12345 or whichever) or the IP address from the autoblock message. There is no problem if you'd prefer to not give out the IP address (for reasons why you might not want to, see m:Checkuser Privacy). Thanks! ~Kylu (u|t) 00:22, 18 October 2006 (UTC)
