Suzanne Olsson (born 18 July 1943) is an author and research journalist.

Olsson is a graduate of New York University. Her articles on current events have appeared in many publications, including the New York Times and Reader's Digest. She was also a senior editor for the weekly centerfold of the New Jersey Herald, and won recognition for her investigative reporting. As an employee of the United States government, she was editor of a monthly news magazine, The Eagle.

She has been a world traveler since age 18. While living in Paris, she wrote notable articles about the Six Day War, and since has lived in many countries around the world. She now spends her retirement in New York and Florida.

Among her numerous civic and personal interests and activities, she is in training with the International Red Cross, and is a member of two Mensa groups, one for science, and another for archaeology. She became interested in researching the legend of Jesus in India after a local museum in Demarest, New Jersey linked her family genealogy to Mary Magdalene. Olsson spent several years on the Old Silk Road following the trail that Jesus and his mother Mary are said to have taken on their journeys to India.

She made international headlines when she was caught in the U.S. invasion of Afghanistan, yet she chose to remain and document many of the sites and relics that were at risk. She acquired international notoriety when she became the first and only person in history given permission to obtain DNA from the graves for a comparison, and confirmation of their identities. At the eleventh hour, the project was halted by militancy[1].

She has received inquiries from major science groups and film companies, and has been a consultant to several independent film companies. Her research has been quoted in major worldwide publications[2].

Her book contains new information about historical artifacts and documents most of which has never appeared in print before:
