Sutkagan Dor

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

The westernmost known site of Indus Valley Civilization was Sutkagan Dor (or Sutkagen Dor). It is located about 480 KM west of Karachi on Makran coast near the Iran border in Baluchistan. A defensive wall of 30 feet wide exists. Though inland, may have been near navigable water in ancient times and on a trade route between other centers.
