Sutcliffe Jügend is an industrial / noise band composed of Kevin Tomkins and Paul Taylor. It started out circa 1980 as a power electronics band initially influenced by Throbbing Gristle and similar outfits. Initially known as FPSC (Free Peter Sutcliffe Campaign) and Death Squad, they broke off and recorded in their own right, and around 1981-2 recorded enough to attract the attention of the Come Organisation - this would be around the time that Whitehouse commenced Live Actions. About 1982, Tomkins and Taylor approached the Come Organisation to release Sutcliffe Jügend material. The founder of Come Organisation, William Bennett, then asked Kevin Tomkins to join Whitehouse full-time, and Come Organisation released the 10 cassette box-set We Spit On Their Graves.
