Surfware Inc. is a leading developer of computer aided design (CAD) and manufacturing (CAM) software. Some of the applications for Surfware software include mechanical design, surface modeling, solid modeling, reverse engineering, prototyping, mold-making, pattern-making and production machining. The Company's flagship product, SURFCAM CAD/CAM Systems, supports product design and CNC programming of 2-axis, 3-axis, 4-axis, and 5-axis machines.

Surfware began as an outgrowth of the Diehl family machine shop, founded in 1950. As the machining industry advanced, the SURFCAM product line was developed. Today, Surfware Inc, is headquarted in Westlake, Los Angeles, California.
