Supreme Court of Newfoundland (Court of Appeal)

Supreme Court of Newfoundland (Court of Appeal) is the highest appellate court for the province of Newfoundland and Labrador.
The Court hears appeals of all type from the Supreme Court (Trial Division), the Unified Family Court, Provincial Court and a number of boards and tribunals.
