Superteacher, is a folk-rock band, based in Southwestern Ontario, with three members: Aaron Howes (lead vocals, rythym guitar), Ryan McMenamin (lead guitar), and Dave Christie (drums, backup vocals).

Superteacher's origins can be traced back to numerous geographical locations and points in time, but the collaboration of Aaron and Ryan during their high school years at Patrick Fogarty Secondary School in Orillia, Ontario, has been accepted as the earliest formation of the band. Later, Aaron and Dave would meet while attending McMaster University in Hamilton, Ontario, and the foundation of Superteacher was set.
