Super Tuesday (TV series)

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Super Tuesday appears on ESPN and ESPN2 every Tuesday in prime time with the biggest regular-season games in college basketball. The show, whose official name is Super Tuesday presented by Lexus, is similar to Big Monday, Throwdown Thursday and ACC Wednesday. All of these games, including the in-studio reports, are broadcast on both ESPN HD and ESPN2 HD.

On ESPN the games include a Big Ten matchup at 7pm ET with Brent Musburger providing play-by-play and analysis by Steve Lavin. Southeastern Conference action follows at 9pm ET with Brad Nessler and Jimmy Dykes. Erin Andrews is usually the sideline reporter for the Musburger/Lavin team while Heather Cox fulfills the role for the Nessler/Dykes team. The in-studio host is Dave Revsine along with analysts Jay Bilas and Rick Majerus. They deliver the half-time and post-game reports, along with live in-game updates, and also appear on College GameNight later that night during a segment known as the Trifecta.

At 7:30pm ET on ESPN2 is a game usually involving mid-major schools on the East Coast. Dave Barnett provides play-by-play, with Jason Williams and Tim McCormick as analysts.
