Super Request is a weeknight radio program broadcast by Australian national youth radio broadcaster Triple J. It is hosted by Rosie Beaton, and produced by Nat the Rat. The show airs Monday to Thursday between 6pm-9pm and Fridays 6pm-10pm.

The show has aired in its current form from 2001 onwards. Prior to that, it was known as the Request Fest. Past hosts have included Catriona Rowntree, Michael Tunn and Jane Gazzo.

Each day has regular segments. These include a repeat broadcast of a Live at the Wireless set on Mondays, and a real story from a person helped by Reachout, a suicide prevention website that Triple J helped fund in 1998.

Regular guests on the show include the Surfing Scientist on Tuesdays, and Mike Wilcox (aka the Joystick Junkie) on Thursdays.

On Friday the 10 most requested tracks of the week are played. This is in advance of the following morning, where the 20 most requested tracks of the week are broadcast on television show jtv Saturday, also presented by Rosie.
