Super Bad

Super Bad is an upcoming 2007 high school-themed film from Seth Rogen who is penning the screenplay with Evan Goldberg and will co-star in a supporting role. Judd Apatow, Rogen's mentor and regular collaborator is on board as a fellow producer with the 2 afformentioned writers and directing is Greg Mottola. It's being fast tracked for a fall 2006 production and a summer 2007 release (currently slated for June 1 in the U.S.) although those dates could change.

The story revolves around two co-dependent high school seniors (Jonah Hill and Michael Cera) who set out to score alcohol for a party, believing that girls will then hook up with them and they will be ready for college. But as the night grows more chaotic, overcoming their separation anxiety becomes a greater challenge than getting the girls.
