User:SunStar Net
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
A WikiGnome is a term for a wiki user who makes small (but still useful!) edits without clamouring for attention. WikiGnomes work behind the scenes of a wiki, tying up little loose ends and making things run more smoothly. Examples of WikiGnome-like behavior include fixing typos, poor grammar, and broken links. In my case, it's more adding information that others haven't, adding obscure info, and helping with articles.

Hi, SunStar Net here. Despite the commercial-sounding name, it is of a fictitious business (note the SunStar, NOT Sunstar!!)
I'm also on Wikibooks too!
I made some anon edits; [1] (again at a public terminal!) and also as Bourne End (talk • contribs), plus, a long time ago (when I was in university! - however I locked myself out with a long password, forgot to enable email!), [2] as an anon (on a public terminal then!...).
I'm not a new user as such; I first got into Wikipedia when a friend showed me it in 2004/5, edited anonymously once, then got an account but forgot about it, edited anonymously and now I returned.... so I'm not that new!
[edit] Explanation of my username
My username comes from one of my business systems and web design projects I did at university; the name I chose was "SunStar" as I had a copy of The Sun and one of The Daily Star on me at the time!
