The Sunset Handicap is a turf race for thoroughbred horses run each year at Hollywood Park in Los Angeles, California. The race is open to horses, age three and up, willing to race one and one-half miles on the grass and offers a purse of $250,000. The 2006 race was won by the 5-year-old T.H. Approval, the favourite, by 1.5 lengths and in 2:26.65. His win paid $4.60.

The brilliant and tragic Exceller won this race in 1978. Gallant Man took it in 1958.
