Sunnylven

Sunnylven is a former municipality in Møre og Romsdal county, Norway.
It was created as Sunnylven formannskapsdistrikt in 1837. According to the 1835 census the new municipality had a population of 1,476.
On 1 January 1965 Sunnylven was incorporated into Stranda municipality. Prior to the merger Sør-Aukra had a population of 1,221.
