sumti is a grammatical term pertaining to artificial language Lojban. In Lojban, every sentence represents one or more bridi, or statements. Each bridi consists of a selbri, or relation, between sumti, or its arguments. Semantically, every sumti is a description of an object, concept, event, abstraction or anything else that can be referred to.
