Summertown in North Oxford is a suburb of Oxford, England.
On the Banbury Road to the east of the suburb is a row of shops. On the Woodstock Road to the west is St Edward's School. South Parade is a shopping street that connects the Woodstock and Banbury roads. Also in Summertown is Ewert House, where many Oxford University students take their examinations as well as BBC Radio Oxford which is on Banbury Road.
Buses between the centre of Oxford and Summertown via Banbury Road include the Oxford Bus Company 2, 2A, 2B or 2C and Stagecoach 7, 7B or 7D.

Thom Yorke of Radiohead owns a property in Summertown. Colin Dexter the author of the novels Inspector Morse also resides in this area.
