Sumiyoshi Taisha

Sumiyoshi Grand Shrine (住吉大社 Sumiyoshi-taisha?) is a Shinto shrine in the city of Osaka, Japan. It gives its name to a distinct style of shrine architecture known as Sumiyoshi-zukuri. The shrine figures as a location in The Tale of Genji, by Murasaki Shikibu.
