Sullurpeta

Sullurpeta is a town in Nellore district Andhra Pradesh, India. It is an important place in Nellore as it is the gateway to the India's spaceport - Satish Dhawan Space Center, Sriharikota. It is also near a bird sanctuary called Nelapattu. Sullurpeta is sometimes considered as a suburb of Chennai, since it is just 83 km away from the place and has excellent rail and road connectivity to Chennai.
