Suit Day
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Suit Day, or Sööt Dae, as it is more colloquially known, is a weekly holiday culminating on each Friday with the wearing of suits and excessive alcoholism. The holiday’s traditional beginnings date back to the Crimean war, when hard working unemployed students decided to wear suits and drink like inconsolable fools. This holiday’s continued tradition found its way to America with the Statue of Liberty, as it was filled with the unemployed looking for a really big whore. The tradition continues today and is chronicled in the exploits of a series new documentary film of the same name. This Americanized version is often seen as a backlash against the societal norms and continual destruction of dignity at the hands of Casual Friday (ancient entity of evil/fascist holiday).
