"Suicidal Thoughts" is the last track on Ready to Die by The Notorious B.I.G.. The song features Biggie confessing his frustration of living to Puff Daddy while he tries to convice him to hang on at the end Biggie shoots himself and Daddy hangs up and rushes to help him and the only things heard are the operator saying the phone is off the hook and a dying heart.
Biggie has stated that he was high on marijuana when he wrote it and did not feel suicidal but rather he would be relieved from stress if he were dead.

The verses were later used on Duets: The Final Chapter the was used under the title "Hold Ya Head" and features Bob Marley.
