Sugar (group)

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Sugar (슈가) is a Korean girl group. Although relatively new, they have managed to have some success in the South Korean market. Their last album has seen them go through an image and style change, as members have been changed. The album had less "cute pop" material and instead focused on rock songs and midtempo ballads. Although the songs and the group were popular, this did not translate into high sales numbers. Since then, Su-jin has left the group, and Ahyoomee has gone on to have a solo career, although it is not clear whether she has left the group as well. Sugar has been on hiatus, and there has been no recent group activity.
